O'Live® Training Sled

The training sled is an ideal training device for improving strength and muscular endurance. It is made of steel and can be weighted with up to approximately 300 kg of additional weight using 50 mm weight plates. It can be used on various surfaces (e.g. smooth floors, grass, artificial turf). It comes with push bars and various attachment points for a shoulder strap (not included in delivery).
