The devices include preset and customizable programs (interval, workout, heart rate, weight reduction) for 4 user profiles. The Nautilus Trainer app is available for precise evaluation of training data. For data exchange, a USB interface and Bluetooth are provided. Heart rate monitoring is done through the hand sensors or the included chest strap.
