The inside and outside of the baseball glove are made of vinyl, it is comfortable and has a size of 10" (25 cm). This is the ideal size for recreational players. The size of the baseball glove only refers to the size of the catching surface. The brown glove has a deep pocket to catch the ball as well as possible.
The individual fingers of the modern glove are separated. The webbing or the catch pocket between the thumb and index finger is not closed, but like a grid, to allow for better ball catching. The so-called basket web is a popular variant of the catch pocket. This model can be found in almost all positions, especially for pitchers.
