AIREX® Balance Pad

This Balance Pad has the desired destabilizing properties due to its thickness of 6 cm. The flexible foam constantly challenges the body to maintain balance and stabilize the joints. Exercises on this Balance Pad engage deeper muscles than exercises without a Balance Pad. Training on the Balance Pad can effectively improve both conditioning and coordination skills, such as strength, endurance, and balance.
