Set for introducing children and teenagers (ages 11 to 14) to weightlifting. Safe and soft materials: the elastic, very quiet weight plates do not require mats or lifting platforms. The patented slam balls are filled with granules and equipped with 2 valves each for rapid air exchange, resulting in no rebound.
