Hexagonal Trap Bar for heavy shoulder lifting, shrugs, deadlifts, squats, etc. Made of solid steel with a maximum load capacity of up to 300 kg. A lower and an elevated grip position allow for variation in exercise execution. The knurling ensures optimal grip during training.
