The Insane Bolt 2 by Stroops allows you to simulate uphill and downhill runs on the athletics track or training field. It is also ideal for training backward and sideways movements with increased resistance.
Two athletes are connected to each other using the elastic leash. The leader now runs under increased resistance, while the follower trains muscular coordination under facilitated conditions. Direction changes, backward and sideways movements from team sports such as soccer, handball, basketball, or American football can also be effectively trained with increased or facilitated effort.
