Sports Spinner
The Balance Board is a traditional training device for improving balance and motor coordination skills. It intensively trains the foot and leg muscles all the way up to the pelvis to balance the instability.
Thanks to the semi-spherical aluminum base, the balance exercises become a real challenge for every athlete. A steel core inside the aluminum hemisphere ensures that the board is level before starting the exercises and only tilts to the side when loaded.
