Stretching Cards

With the help of the "Denni" concept, you can promote general and specific competencies.
The competence cards are ideal teaching materials for stretching and are bundled as a set. The stretching card sets are designed for both physical education teachers and team coaches.
The stretching competence cards are made of yellow cardboard in DIN A5 size, which have been laminated for protection. The muscle group or specific muscle to be stretched is mentioned as the heading. In the center of the card, the character "Denni" demonstrates the exercise execution. The muscle group or specific muscle to be stretched is highlighted with a black bar. This way, students learn what, where, and how to stretch.
For each stretching exercise, there are 3 cards so that the exercises can be done in up to 3 groups. The character card describes "Denni" as a big brother who accompanies children in their sports activities. He is intended to motivate children to engage in sports, movement, and a healthy lifestyle.
The stretching competence cards and the character card of "Denni" are housed in cardboard boxes. These boxes are easy to open and close with crepe closures.
