Gymbox® Sand-Pad - Training Device
The pads are made of highly durable neoprene and filled with sand. The possible uses for a varied, effective, and functional training are extremely versatile. They can be used as additional weight for squats or push-ups, as throwing objects for partner exercises, or for swinging and rotational exercises.
The weight or sand filling is adjustable. This makes the flexible weights also very suitable for therapy purposes.
