The sprint and explosive strength trainer is available in 3 resistances, each approximately 330 cm in length (in the non-stretched state), including anchor. The ACCELERATOR resistance trainer is the optimal explosive strength trainer for amateur and professional athletes to train specific running techniques under increasing resistance. This allows for targeted practice and improvement of sprinting ability, explosive power, and speed endurance. The trainee puts on the shoulder harness and adjusts it to their body size. Then, the elastic cord is attached to one of the two carabiner hooks on the harness. The other end of the cord also has a carabiner hook, which is hooked into the holding loop. Now, all that needs to be done is to securely attach the loop to an anchor point, and the training can begin.
