Product information
Pump is a popular group fitness program at the gym. When training with the barbell, the focus is not on increasing maximal strength, but on improving muscular endurance. Using light weights and performing many repetitions helps to strengthen, tone, and shape the body. The barbell program targets the muscles of the entire body. When an aerobic step is added, the muscle groups of the arms, shoulders, back, abdomen, and legs are also trained. The movements and sequences are derived from weightlifting and are very similar to squats, lifts, and curls.
The quick-release collars and handle cutouts of the weight plates allow for easy and fast changing of the plates. The weight plates are plastic-coated, making them gentle on the floor and equipment.
