- Wer entscheidet, ob das Handball spielen mit Harz gestattet ist oder nicht?
- Die IHF gibt im ersten Schritt nur vor, dass beide Arten von Handbällen im Spielbetrieb zulässig sind, wenn sie hinsichtlich Größe und Gewicht in den vorgegebenen Normen sind. Die endgültige Entscheidung über die Nutzung von Harz obliegt somit nicht der IHF, sondern vielmehr den Hallenbetreibern. Selbst wenn die IHF die Nutzung von Harz erlaubt, kann eine Sporthalle das Harzen aufgrund von Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsanforderungen verbieten. So sind die Gegebenheiten und Vorgaben von Ort zu Ort unterschiedlich. Die ersten Landesverbände schließen daher bereits die Verwendung von Harz komplett aus, um die Bedingungen in den Ligen anzugleichen.
