Which Gymstick is the right one?

The Aqua Gymstick is available in 5 strengths. As a rule of thumb in health-oriented training, an exercise should be repeatable 15 times before fatigue in the corresponding muscles becomes apparent.

The following versions are available (resistance in parentheses):
- Light, green: Therapy and beginners (1-10 kg)
- Medium, blue: Fitness and re-entry (1-15 kg)
- Strong, black: Fitness and advanced (1-20 kg)
- Extra strong, silver: Strength-oriented training (1-25 kg)
- Special strong, gold: Strength and performance sports (1-30 kg)

By winding the tubing around the rod, the resistance can be increased or reduced. The shorter the tubing, the higher the resistance. The tubing length should not be stretched more than three times its original length.
