Eleiko® Weightlifting Technique Weight Plate
It is recommended to use the technique training discs only together with the Eleiko technique barbells.
The Eleiko technique weight plate is available in 2 versions:
- 2.5 kg weight plate, Ø 45 cm, 8.2 cm thick
- 5 kg weight plate, Ø 45 cm, 10.1 cm thick
