The weightlifting belt from Eleiko is 10 cm wide on the back and 5 cm wide on the front. The closure consists of a strong metal buckle.
A weightlifting belt is used wherever there are high loads on the back and spine. This can be during fitness and strength training, bodybuilding or cross-training, strongman and in some disciplines of athletics. The weightlifting belt protects the back and spine during exercises such as squats and deadlifts by aligning the body in a physiologically correct posture.
