It is a sturdy flat bench from Eleiko with chrome-plated transport handle and high-quality, smooth-rolling transport wheels for easy relocation of the weight bench in the fitness studio. The training bench can be used for versatile strength training while sitting or lying down, e.g., for weight training, bench press, etc.

The weight bench is not suitable for plyometric jumping exercises. The padding can be damaged by sharp objects such as the knurling on barbells or dumbbells! To prolong the lifespan of the training bench, the padding must be cleaned regularly (daily in fitness studios). Stains caused by oil, grease, or similar substances must be removed immediately. We recommend using a damp microfiber cloth with warm water and a mild cleaning agent for this purpose. For stubborn and dried stains, apply the mild cleaning agent directly to the stain, let it sit for five minutes, and remove with a dry cloth.
