Boxing Dummy Figure FLEX Black

The dummy is your ideal training partner that allows you to practice all punching and kicking techniques without the risk of injury from a sparring partner. The optimal basic and preparation training for sparring. The torso is made of a special foam mixture that has excellent durability and provides a very realistic kicking and punching feel. The torso is adjustable in height in 3 stages, maximum height approx. 180 cm, minimum height 158 cm. The base is specially designed with four carrying notches, allowing the free standing punching bag to be moved optimally even after filling.
