Aquaflow®
The Aquaflow® is the modern and innovative training device for aqua fitness. The paddle is used with one hand or both hands in shallow water and allows for pushing, pulling, rotating, and paddling movements. This enables effective training of the upper body, deep muscles, and core muscles.

The multifunctional training device for aqua fitness, water gymnastics, and rehabilitation in water. With just one device, conditioning and coordination abilities are trained. The handle recesses allow for different positions of the Aquaflow, enabling training of different muscle groups and movement patterns.
Push and pull movements can be performed horizontally or vertically. They primarily target the muscles on the front of the body, such as the front part of the shoulder, chest, abdomen, and arms. Pull movements are used to train the muscles on the back of the body, as well as the core, shoulders, arms, and deep muscles very effectively. Rotational and rowing movements can be performed in various hand and arm positions and are not possible with any other aqua fitness device in this variety.
An exercise manual is included in the delivery. Training sessions are available upon request.
