Aquaflow® Mini
The Aquaflow® Mini is the modern and innovative training device for Aqua Fitness. The paddle is used in pairs with one hand in shallow water, allowing for pushing, pulling, rotating, and paddling movements. This enables an effective workout for the upper body, deep muscles, and core muscles. The Aquaflow® Minis can also be used for aqua jogging, aqua stepping, or in combination with the aqua belt.

Training Goals
- Full body training with a focus on the upper body
- Strengthening of the deep muscles
- Strengthening of the core muscles
The multifunctional training device for aqua fitness, water gymnastics and rehabilitation in the water. With the Aquaflow® Mini pair, the conditioning and coordinative abilities are trained. The handle cutouts allow for different positions of the Aquaflow, so that different muscle groups and movement patterns can be trained.
Push and pull movements can be performed horizontally or vertically. They primarily target the muscles of the front of the body, such as the front part of the shoulder, chest, abdomen, and arms. Pull movements are used to train the muscles of the back of the body, as well as the core, shoulders, arms, and deep muscles very effectively. Rotational and rowing movements can be performed in various hand and arm positions and are not possible with any other aqua fitness device in this variety.
An exercise manual is included. Training sessions are available upon request.
