Product information
The RowStick can be combined with various training equipment. When connected to the aeroSling® suspension trainer, the stick serves as a rowing/pull-up bar. By attaching exercise bands or tubes to one or both sides of the stick, a variety of pulling, pushing, and rotational exercises can be performed. Alternatively, it can also be attached to a cable machine using a carabiner.
The stick is made of aluminum and stainless steel, with non-slip rubberized grip surfaces. It features bearing connection loops on both ends.
