ROX® Set of 3
The ROX (Reaction Trainer) Pods are suitable for various reaction training units, with the aim of improving motor-cognitive abilities. They are equipped with a sensor that emits signals to the athlete in the form of a flashing light, a sound, or a vibration. The different signals or colors indicate to the athlete how they must react. The training unit also includes live feedback through a free app to assess the athlete's results.
