Project Description

In the new building of the Vocational Schools for Colour and Design in Munich, a modern double sports hall was installed in the basement. The hall is used for school sports as well as by the Munich Adult Education Centre and local clubs. Kübler Sport was responsible for the delivery and installation of the sports equipment. A particular challenge was the delivery process: access was only possible via the underground car park, which meant that some long components had to be divided to allow transportation into the hall.

Scope of Equipment

2 ceiling-mounted basketball systems for the main court, retractable into the ceiling
4 wall-mounted basketball systems, swivelling and height-adjustable
4 basketball training units with height adjustment
2 electrically retractable dividing curtain systems (VSK systems)
8 swivelling wall bars
2 climbing rope systems with a total of 8 climbing ropes
