Flowin Friction Training is a unique training concept in which the interaction between body weight and friction plays a crucial role. The training intensity can be easily adjusted and modified for beginners to advanced individuals of all ages. Friction Training offers a variety of training options for a balanced full-body workout.
The Flowin Sport is a roll-up mat, making it suitable for mobile use, whether in the studio or at home, alone or in a group.
