Different gripping and holding options provide various levels of strain and training intensities. YABs are available in 9 weights, ranging from 1.3 to 18.7 kg. With the help of the kettlebells, the weights can even be attached to the feet, allowing for a completely new training for legs, abdomen, and gluteal muscles. Suitable for group fitness, functional training, rehab and therapy, or home workouts.
