YAB.s® Training Weights

Different gripping and holding options provide various levels of strain and training intensities. YABs are available in 9 weights, ranging from 1.3 to 18.7 kg. With the help of the kettlebells, the weights can even be attached to the feet, allowing for a completely new training for legs, abdomen, and gluteal muscles. Suitable for group fitness, functional training, rehab and therapy, or home workouts.

The innovative, ergonomically shaped weights in the unique design are winners of the ISPO and FIBA Awards 2016!
