Kübler Sport® Wooden Gymnastics Hoop

Gymnastic hoops, also known as hula hoops, are a popular toy and sports equipment for children. The wooden gymnastic hoops are ideal for physical education classes, children's gymnastics, as well as for movement breaks. Skilled individuals can change the speed of the hoop, spin around their own axis, or let the hoop move up and down the body. In rhythmic gymnastics, gymnastic hoops are used as one of the five handheld apparatuses for acrobatic exercises.

The gymnastic hoops are made of multiple bonded and finely sanded wood with a profile of 20 x 10 mm. The hoops are available in different diameters.

What is the right tire diameter?

For beginners, the following tip applies. The length between the floor and the belly button corresponds to the appropriate hoop size. When in doubt, choose the larger size. This makes it easier to keep the gymnastics hoop up.
