O'Live® Weight Sled INDOOR
Weight sled for improving speed and endurance. In addition, running or sprinting with additional weight specifically strengthens the lower extremities. The sprint sled is an essential training device for nearly all sports where sprinting ability and muscular endurance are required. The abrasion-resistant Speedsac can be equipped with 3 x 5 kg weights in a variable manner. This allows the resistance to be optimally adjusted to the trainee's fitness level, age, or training goal. The abdominal and hip belt for the sled is adjustable in length.
The weight sled is suitable for training sprints in many team sports such as soccer, handball, American football, as well as track and field and functional fitness training. The weight sled can be used both in the sports hall and in outdoor areas on grass surfaces.
