Power-Xtreme® Dumbbell Plate, Rubber-Coated, 50 mm

The Power-Xtreme® weight plate with a 50 mm bore features a robust cast iron core and a durable rubber coating. This makes it especially long-lasting, scratch-resistant, and allows for quiet training. The flanged sleeve facilitates smooth mounting and dismounting on barbell and dumbbell bars with a 50 mm weight holder.

From a weight of 5 kg, the weight plates are equipped with two opposite grip holes. This makes the so-called grippers particularly easy to carry and change. At the same time, they can be used independently of a barbell as additional weight for exercises such as squats, sit-ups, or lunges.
