Weighted chains
The Kübler Sport Weight Chains are designed to provide a change from typical barbell training. When training with the weight chains, the progressive lifting of the chain links leads to a change in weight throughout a repetition. Once the chains are suspended freely, the swinging motion activates additional stabilizing muscles.
Training with the weight chains is particularly suitable for advanced individuals who have experience with free weight training.
