Wartenberg Sensitivity Wheel, 18 cm
The Sensory Wheel according to Wartenberg is also known as a nerve wheel. It is a medical instrument used in neurological examinations. The needle wheel, made of stainless steel, is systematically rolled over the skin in practice to examine pain perception.
The head of the Wartenberg Pinwheel consists of several star-shaped arranged tips. The wheel to which the tips are attached can be rolled in both directions.
