With this special foam ball, you can bring variety to your physical education class. Because of its off-center balance, you never know which direction the ball will move when bouncing or rolling. This promotes dexterity, responsiveness, and hand-eye coordination in a playful manner. The ball is made of an open-pore polyurethane (PUR) foam material, which makes it particularly soft and elastic. In addition, the typical ELE' outer skin of the Volley® balls ensures that it is very robust and can be easily washed and disinfected after the sports lesson. This allows the class to be quickly moved outdoors. Its qualities make it popular not only in schools but also in kindergartens, therapy and rehabilitation centers, and it has proven itself among all age groups.

- Ist der Ball aufblasbar?
- Nein der Ball hat einen Schaumstoffkern und ist damit nicht luftgefüllt. Er lässt sich leicht zusammendrücken und nimmt dennoch schnell wieder seine eigentliche Form an.
- Kann der Ball im Wasser verwendet werden?
- Nein, der Ball ist nicht fürs Wasser geeignet. Der Schaumstoffkern saugt sich voll und ist anschließend meist verformt und beschädigt.
- Kann der Ball Outdoor verwendet werden?
- Nein. Der Softball ist zwar durch seine Beschichtung robuster als offenporige Schaumstoffbälle ohne Beschichtung, trotzdem wird er rauen Oberflächen, wie Asphalt oder Rasen, nicht lange stand halten.
- Wieso ist dieser Softball hygienischer als vergleichbare Softbälle?
- Aufgrund der typischen "Elefantenhaut", der Beschichtung aus PU kann der Softball nach der Verwendung abgewaschen und desinfiziert werden. Die Beschichtung sorgt dafür das der Schaumstoff keinen Schmutz und Bakterien aufnimmt.
