The height of the two vault boxes can be easily adjusted: by removing the middle part, climbing, balancing, and jumping can be practiced at a lower height. The recesses in the vault box cover provide children with a stepping surface when climbing up. They also allow for attaching balance beams, ladders, or balance boards, enabling the training of balance and motor skills on flat and inclined surfaces. Vault boxes and balance beams become elements for creative device arrangements. When designing sports lessons, new variations of movement sequences that would not be possible without the recesses in the boxes can be created.

By adjusting the bars to different heights, the gymnasts gain confidence and self-assurance step by step - after successfully balancing across both bars or a single bar. The difficulty levels can be individually varied by adjusting the height and number of elements. The exercise culminates in jumping and safely landing on variable levels.
