The FITNESSBANK 2.0 with integrated step and training area is the further development of the successful fitness bank, combining seating, training station, and movement promotion in a modern design. It was developed based on a scientific study from 2018 that examined the movement behavior of 30 to 80-year-olds. From the insights gained, a versatile training device for all generations was created, perfectly combining motivation, activity, and recovery. The combination of high-quality, glass bead-blasted stainless steel components, resilient robinia wooden slats, and non-slip EPDM ensures durability and safety outdoors. A detailed exercise board shows various training options for strength, balance, and flexibility.
