The rowing exercise UF-004 is part of the professional modular UpForm system, which allows for targeting all muscle groups at all levels of training.
The lower pulley is located in a rotatable holder, ensuring maximum freedom of movement during exercise execution. The rubberized footrests provide high slip resistance. The upholsteries are made of a thin layer of special foam, which in combination with the perforated material creates a comfortable and breathable seat surface.

Upform F-Line modular system

Multi-training stations that include several cable pull devices are now standard in the fitness world. However, most manufacturers are inflexible when it comes to the composition. With the Upform F-Line, you can customize your training station to your needs and requirements. The individual stations can be connected to each other with a multifunctional connecting bar (K8598) or efficiently with the two, three, and four-station connectors (K8601, K8599, K8600) to create as many strength towers as desired. The only limit is the space available to you.

Of course, the training equipment can also be used as a standalone station, but the foot adapter (K8602) is mandatory.
