The solid Smith Machine is ideal for safe barbell training. Various exercises, from bench presses to squats to calf raises, can be performed on it. The sturdy construction and high-quality workmanship ensure a secure stance, even under high loads. Four weight plate holders with a diameter of 50 mm are provided for storing unused weight plates and accessories.
