By changing the grip position, you also train different muscle groups in the back and constantly challenge your body.
The resistance can be conveniently adjusted directly at the handle without interrupting the training. The multifunctional LCD display shows not only relevant training parameters, but also the heart rate, which can be determined, for example, using the integrated hand pulse sensors. Five preset programs - Cardio, Interval, Hill, Fat Burn, and Strength - provide variety in training.
