The trampoline is perfectly suited for gentle, slow bouncing and swinging (rebounding) due to its soft suspension. With the tremendous flexibility of the jumping mat, the Trimilin® superswing model offers high training intensity for the supporting muscles and ankles. Additionally, the jumping mat is gentle on the back, joints, and intervertebral discs. The elastic rubber ropes are particularly durable.
