Plate Load Tricep Machine
Plate-loaded strength training equipment for individual use with 50mm weight plates. The machine is made of a stable, powder-coated steel frame with oval tubes measuring 100 x 50mm and encapsulated industrial ball bearings at the pivot points. It features high-quality seat and backrest cushions and sturdy handle padding. The seat is height-adjustable and the movement pattern is biomechanically optimized.
This device is designed for targeted tricep training. At the same time, the forearms are also trained. The weight can be individually adjusted for each athlete and can be quickly changed between sets.
