The Trial Skimmy Balance Trainer allows proprioceptive balance training not only in therapy and fitness and rehabilitation, but also on the soccer field, during handball, basketball or volleyball training, or in leisure time.
The Skimmy Balance Trainer has an extremely resistant surface, soccer players can even train with soccer shoes on the Trial Skimmy. This offers the great advantage that stabilization training can be easily integrated into soccer training. By adjusting the air pressure, the difficulty level of the exercises can be varied. Proprioceptive training is used for injury prevention, balance training, and coordination.
