Self-balancing seat and exercise ball without internal materials. No rolling away, completely without a shell! Thanks to its material mix, the seat and exercise ball is self-balancing. The low center of gravity ensures that the exercise ball does not roll away when getting up, without a shell or any aids. There are no materials or solid objects inside the ball. The self-balancing effect is achieved through the different densities of the material.

The ball can also be used for many fitness exercises and in therapy, and can be used like any other ball of this kind. Whether for fitness training in the gym or at home, or just for sitting in the office or school.
