The 3-piece training table or training bench can be used in a variety of ways. The backrest can be adjusted multiple times and can be used as a flat bench or incline bench. The training table is part of the KG equipment set and is used in medical training therapy. Additionally, the bench can also be used for fitness training and weightlifting.

In KG application and medical training therapy (MTT), the training bench is used in combination with the cable pulleys. It serves as a seat for the vertical pulling apparatus and is used in combination between the double pulling apparatus (cable pulleys).

The 3-piece training table is versatile adjustable. The backrest is foldable and can be continuously adjusted vertically from 0 degrees to 90 degrees. An comfortable intermediate position can be set at 70 degrees. The seat in front of the backrest can be adjusted positively up to 8 degrees.
The training table is compliant with the requirements of the Medical Products Act (MPG) and can be used in the medical field. We recommend the T3709 caster set as an accessory. This allows you to transport the training bench on casters.
