LISKI® Training Hurdle JUMP
The training hurdle JUMP, consisting of two plastic cones, a bar, and several hanging steps. If this bar is touched during an exercise, it simply falls off the hanging steps. This minimizes the risk of injury and ensures that the bar does not break even with stronger contact. Perfect for training or school, running coordination, speed training, or warm-up program.
