Product information
Training frame, freestanding
Training frame for attaching various suspension trainers, resistance bands, light boxing equipment, or for use as a functional strength trainer. It is not necessary to drill into the floor or wall for secure installation. All you need are weight plates (30 mm bore), which are simply placed on the weight pegs (recommendation: at least 2x15 kg per support leg).
The training frame is available in different lengths.
