TOGU® TrainChain
The TrainChain is a versatile, multifunctional, and effective training tool for home workouts, fitness classes, personal training, intense workouts, or gentle gymnastics, suitable for people of all ages and genders.
It consists of three sturdy and durable rings made of Ruton, each weighing 3 kg. These rings can be connected to each other using the straps. With its various attachment options, the TrainChain can be used in a variety of ways, replacing dumbbells, weight plates, kettlebells, or a medicine ball.
The material is resistant to dirt and can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
