The throwing ball made of high-quality Ruton® is the ideal training device for practicing throwing techniques in all age groups - whether in school sports, club sports, or recreational sports. Thanks to its specially grooved surface, the ball fits particularly well in the hand and allows for a safe, controlled execution when throwing. With a diameter of approximately 7.5 cm, it is compact and versatile - suitable for coordination exercises, technique training, or playful throwing. Made in Germany, the ball represents tested quality and durability.
