The TOGU Posturedo allows for a wide variety of exercise variations with an unstable surface, thanks to its innovative combination of a high-quality wooden plate and a dynamic air cushion. This unique form of instability transfers the smallest movements to the body, eliciting corresponding compensatory movements and stabilization, while promoting balance, stability, and coordination. An integrated position indicator serves as visual control for the therapist.
The degree of instability can be easily and quickly adjusted to any fitness level using the included pump.

Various Therapy Options

The wooden board has an axle pattern that the practitioner and therapist can use as a reference. There are receptacles for additional weights (weight plates) at the 4 corners. Weight plates with an inner diameter of 30.5 mm can be attached here for one-sided weight transfer. This allows targeted improvement of unilateral movement deficits.
