TOGU® Jacaranda® Ball
The Jacaranda training ball combines effective training with a holistic body sensation. By combining air, weight, and freely moving stainless steel balls inside, it generates gentle vibrations when in motion that deeply affect the body. These vibrations specifically activate the deeper muscles, such as the intrinsic back muscles, pelvic floor, diaphragm, and abdominal muscles.
