TOGU® Dynair® Ball Cushion® Senso®
The Original TOGU Dynair Senso Ball Cushion is an air-filled and dynamic training device for sports and therapy. It also serves as an unstable base for various fitness exercises in sitting, standing or lying down.
The sitting ball cushion is also suitable for active and dynamic sitting. The air-filled base requires constant balance movements, strengthening the deep core muscles, sense of balance, and promoting an upright posture.
The Senso ball cushion has a smooth surface on one side and numerous nubs on the other side. The sensory nubs stimulate the proprioception during exercises and provide a gentle massage effect.
