The Togu Balanza Ballstep XXL has a large training surface and offers the possibility of training multiple people simultaneously on a balance trainer. With a total of 5 balls underneath the wooden board, it allows the trainee to enter into sensory-motor training and also work on the device together with a partner or a group of three. The balance board can also be used for exercises in gait training.
The Balanza Ballstep balance board offers a fitness functional and therapy training in a new dimension. The air-filled balls underneath the wooden plate create a floating-dynamic instability - ideal for sensory-motor, therapeutic, and effective training of various muscle groups.
The intensive training includes perception and stimulus processing and improves balance and stability. The exercises on the balance trainer target even the deep muscles and strengthen them.
