The TOGU® BalanceSensor Powerball® is the smart solution for a modern, digitally supported coordination and balance training. With an integrated motion sensor in the original Powerball® ABS®, you can specifically train the deep muscles along the spine – ideal for fitness, rehab, or prevention. The movement data is transmitted via Bluetooth 4.0 to a free app (compatible with Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac) and visualized in real time. Playful training programs increase motivation and fun in training – whether in the home office, gym, or at home. The BalanceSensor strap can be easily removed and flexibly used on balls with diameters of 55 to 75 cm.
